Dosage Instructions
Take 1 or 2 capsules daily with food or as directed by a medical practitioner.
Additional Notes
Keep refrigerated to maintain maximum potency. It is recommended to take the probiotic with food and/or beverages. When this is not possible the probiotic may be taken in between meals or as recommended by a health care practitioner. Capsule contents may be mixed in or sprinkled on food or mixed with beverages*, Microorganism formulations may be taken in conjunction with digestive enzymes without affecting their potency, stability or function. However avoid the use of potent herbs or anti-microbial foods/supplements such as garlic at the same time that the probiotic microorganisms are supplemented, as this may adversely affect the viability of the probiotic strains.
