Notes on Beta Testing...
1) The beta testing period is for 1 month.
2) It is very important that you not make any changes to your child’s supplement or prescription regimen during the 1 month testing period. This way, there will not be any confusion as to what is causing changes in your child.
3) A parent of the child is required to fill out our Intra-Cell Questionnaire at 2 weeks and 4 weeks into the testing period. The Questionnaire consists of approximately 30 questions. Questions are answered by rating specific changes to your child on a scale from 1 to 5.

Hi Steve,
Good question.
We e-mail the questionnaire to you at the time we ship out your order. The questionnaire is contained in a Microsoft Word document. You have the option of filling out the questionnaire on the computer and e-mailing it back to us, or printing out the questionnaire and filling it out by hand and mailing it to us.

I’d like to know whether, and if so, how well, children are tolerating this product if they have been avoiding soy. Our child is GFCFSF and has not tolerated other products containing even minute amounts of soy. Thanks for any input!
