Dosage Instructions

Apply 1 level, 1/8 teaspoon scoop and rub in well. GabaMag Cream can be applied to the back, thighs, shins, or feet. It is best to rotate sites. Dosage can be increased up to 6 level, 1/8 teaspoons a day as needed. As dosage is increased, feel free to use the other end of the scoop which has a measurement of 1/4 teaspoon. Each child will have a different dosage requirement for the needed calming effect.
