I was wondering if the gabamag cream may work better than Gaba capsules. Right now I give my son the capsules because he is severely hyperactive. He gets a daily dose of 1200mg which while large only slows him down a little. If I try this I am not sure how much to give him. Thanks.

Hi Teri,
GabaMag Cream has been reported to be more effective than Gaba capsules, but at a dose of 1200mg of Gaba per day, too much GabaMag would need to be applied to equal the oral dose.
Instead I recommend trying our Kensho Powder which is a combination of Gaba, Magnesium orotate, and Taurine. I think that you will find this to be more effective than using Gaba alone.
