Dosage Instructions

Stir 1 level scoop of powder, twice a day, into favorite beverage or food. If a stronger effect is desired, increase dosage to 3 to 3.5 scoops per day. If a stronger effect is desired during a particular time a day, take 2 scoops at once at that time of day.

Additional Notes

Kensho contains Taurine. It is recommended that you consult your physician if using more than 1000mg of Taurine per day. This includes any other supplements that you are currently taking that contain Taurine. If you are using Kensho, and already taking a Taurine supplement, the other Taurine supplement can be reduced or eliminated as needed.
