Dosage Instructions
As a dietary supplement use 1 capsule daily and/or as directed by a medical practitioner. For intensive use take 2 capsules, in divided doses, for a minimum of two weeks or as directed by a physician. This dose can then be decreased to one capsule daily when the gastrointestinal functioning is more balanced*, Younger Children 1 capsule, Older Children and Adults 1-2 capsules*, For optimal results it is recommended that Pro-Bio Gold™ be taken with food (meals). This formulation may be taken in conjunction with digestive enzymes and other nutritional supplements without affecting their potency, stability or function. However avoid the combined use of potent herbs or anti-microbial supplements like garlic concentrate taken at the same time as the microorganisms. This may adversely affect the potency of the friendly flora.
