Dosage Instructions
Children under 12: Mix. 1.25 ml (approx. 1/4 tsp) into juice or liquid 1-2x daily or as directed by physician Age 12 yrs. – Adult: Mix 2.5 ml (approx. 1/2 tsp or ½ cap) into water or juice, 1-2x daily or as directed by physician Liquid Magnesium has a salty taste (from the chloride) and should be mixed into 4 oz. juice or at least 8 oz. water. Suggested juices that work best with include low sodium V-8, pear, pineapple, grape or orange. Liquid Magnesium doses can also be added to food that requires salt because it will not be degraded by heat or cooking. It is advisable to begin dosing magnesium with less than a full dose and work up to a full dose over the period of one week. If loose stools and/or diarrhea appear, reduce the dosage until bowel movements normalize.
