We have a 60-day return policy for unopened items.

 

Refrigerated products are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Examples include, but are not limited to, probiotics.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Right of Withdrawal for EU/EEA Consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, subject to the exclusions below.

Exclusions

Under Article 16(1)(d) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. Refrigerated / temperature-sensitive supplements. These products require continuous refrigeration. Once delivered, the cold chain cannot be verified or restored and the products are liable to deteriorate rapidly (Art. 16(1)(d)). They are also sealed health products not suitable for return once delivered (Art. 16(1)(e)). All sales of refrigerated items are final.
  2. Opened shelf-stable supplements. These are sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons. If the protective seal, cap seal, outer wrap, or container has been opened or tampered with after delivery, the right of withdrawal is lost (Art. 16(1)(e)).

How to Withdraw

You may withdraw by any of the following methods:

  • The "Withdraw from contract here" link in our website footer (no account or login required). The electronic withdrawal follows a two-step procedure: enter the required information, then explicitly confirm via "Confirm withdrawal." You will receive confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal declaration by email.
  • Email to info@ourkidsasd.com
  • The model withdrawal form below, sent by mail or email

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires.

Returning the Goods

Ship eligible items back to Our Kids Returns, 24000 Mercantile Rd, #4, Beachwood, OH 44122, USA within 14 days of sending your withdrawal notice. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard outbound delivery costs (but not supplementary costs if you chose a delivery option other than our least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier.
