Shipping policy

Non-refrigerated orders above $35.00 ship free in the US. Non-refrigerated orders below $35.00 ship for $6.00.

We understand that timely shipping is essential to our customers. We aim to ship orders within 24 hours of placing them, often sooner. Expedited shipping methods will ship the same day (except for weekends) if your order is placed before 2 p.m. EST. Please be aware that all expedited shipping options do not include Saturday delivery.

Refrigerated Products

Orders that contain refrigerated items must be shipped via an expedited shipping option. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship the following Monday. We will ship your order the next business day if we are not here due to a holiday.

International Shipping (Please include your phone number for customs forms.)

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item's price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. If your order contains a refrigerated item(s), you should contact Customs in your country and alert them that your order contains perishable items.

Shipments to Canada typically take:

USPS First Class Mail: 7 to 21 business days

USPS Priority Mail International: 6 to 10 business days

FedEx International Economy: 4 to 7 business days

USPS Priority Mail Express International: 3 to 5 business days

FedEx International Priority: 2 to 4 business days
