We recommend it, especially in warm weather. Refrigerated overnight ($29.99) arrives packed cold with ice. Free ground on orders of $35 or more ships without an ice pack and is a good fit for cooler weather. To avoid weekend delays, we aim to ship overnight orders Monday to Thursday and ground orders Monday to Wednesday.
Can I return refrigerated items?
Unfortunately, no. Once a refrigerated item leaves our warehouse, we can’t confirm it stayed cold, so we’re not able to take it back. If it arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, let us know and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
