Focus-Mate is a 120-capsule formula combining vitamin B6, magnesium, acetyl-L-carnitine, sunflower-derived phosphatidylserine and Pycnogenol maritime pine extract. See the current Supplement Facts for amounts per four-capsule serving.

Other ingredients: hypromellose (capsule), maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate.

Ingredient roles

Vitamin B6 supports normal neurotransmitter synthesis. Acetyl-L-carnitine contributes to energy metabolism. Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid found in cell membranes; this formula uses sunflower-derived Sharp-PS® GREEN. Pycnogenol® maritime pine extract provides antioxidant support. These ingredient roles describe nutritional support, not treatment of a diagnosis.

Manufacturer directions

Adults: Take 2–4 capsules daily, together or in divided doses, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Manufacturer child directions: 25–40 lb, 1 capsule in the morning; 41–60 lb, 2 capsules in the morning and 1 in the afternoon as needed; 61–100 lb, 2 capsules in the morning and 1–2 additional in the afternoon as needed. Do not take after 4 p.m. Capsules may be opened into cool food or liquid. Consult a healthcare practitioner for a child’s use; do not extrapolate outside the listed weight ranges.
