Current-formula nutrient details

Allergen and ingredient information
The manufacturer lists this formula as free of milk/casein, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat/gluten and sesame, with no synthetic flavors, colors or preservatives. Soy is not listed among the excluded allergens; this should not be treated as a soy-allergy safety guarantee. Other ingredients are tapioca starch, monk fruit extract (Siraitia grosvenorii), silica and natural berry flavor.

Adults and children ages 4 and older: Mix 3/4 to 1 rounded scoop into water or juice once daily in the morning with breakfast, or follow your healthcare practitioner’s recommendation.

Frequently asked questions
How should the powder be mixed?
Measure with the scoop supplied with the bottle, then mix the label-directed amount into water or juice. Follow the bottle label or your healthcare practitioner’s instructions.
Can it be combined with other supplements?
Ask a healthcare professional to review the full supplement routine, especially for a child or anyone taking medication, so nutrients are not unintentionally duplicated.
How should it be stored?
Keep the powder in a cool, dry place, away from heat, sunlight and moisture. Check the expiration printed on your bottle; remaining shelf life depends on the lot.

Trusted Ingredients and GMP good manufacturing practices
We have used Spectrum Mate powder for over a decade for my son on the spectrum. The taste is o.k. but my son will not drink it in plain water.
Excellent quality that I trust.
We have been using this for over 10 years. It is very clean and has the right forms of the methyl B vitamins. I add it to my son's carob coconut protein shake and he doesn't seem to notice the flavor.
