Inositol to help your thyroid disease
My naturopathic doctor put me on this supplement of inositol along with liquid selenium to help my Hashimotos (auto immune thyroid disease). I have been taking it for probably several years now, my doctor said my thyroid is doing much better now. I also take compounded thyroid, but he believes this is helpful to take along with Allergy Research Liquid Selenium.
