Vitamin C
This is an easy way to boost vitamin C for all family members by adding a scoop to their drinks. We liked the citrus flavor better then the passionfruit though so we ended up with the unflavored this time.

I like to add this Vitamin C powder to my morning tonic of lemon juice and apple cider vinegar for an immune system boost for my sinuses. I add it to my son's mid-morning herbal tea to give his immune system a boost. Once in a while, I add it to an immune-boosting green smoothie for extra immune-boosting power. You get over 1000 mg of Vitamin C in just 1/4 teaspoon!

Quality Vitamin C powder; easily mixes in applesauce, etc.
We have been using Kirkman's buffered Vitamin C powder for years. It mixes easily in applesauce, etc so it is easy to take for children who cannot swallow pills. Since it is buffered, it is easy on the tummy. I trust the Kirkman's brand to be free of gluten and other allergens. I love that I can order from OurKids and get it shipped fast.
