Many people have difficulty digesting meals containing dairy, resulting in occasional discomforts like gas and bloating. These discomforts occur due to the body’s deficiency of enzymes that help break down lactose and the dairy protein casein in the digestive tract. DairyAssist is a dual-action formula that combines lactase to aid in the digestion of lactose, and protease, which helps break down casein. Complete dairy digestion may naturally reduce discomforts associated with lactose intolerance.
