About this product
Relaxes nerves and muscles and promotes relaxation and restful sleep. This new and improved product offers Magnesium Bisglycinate that is sweetened with stevia leaf extract. The powder can be dissolved in water or fruit juice to dilute the flavor of the mineral. Magnesium Bisglycinate is easy on the digestive system. Magnesium is an essential mineral that is involved in many body functions as well as being a constituent of bones and teeth. It is an essential element of cellular metabolism and is an enzyme activator.
Other body actions include:

Signs and symptoms of magnesium deficiency can include fatigue, mental confusion, irritability, weakness, muscle spasms, loss of appetite, difficulty sleeping or a feeling of weakness.
