Refrigerated Shipping (Optional Upgrade)
For optimal product stability, especially during warm or humid weather, we recommend FedEx Overnight shipping with ice packs and a cooler. It’s a $29.99 flat rate within the continental U.S., already $10–$15 below our actual cost.
Free Ground Shipping (Default Option)Non-Refrigerated Ground Shipping (Default Option)
We also offer free ground shipping within the U.S.free non-refrigerated ground shipping on eligible orders of $35 or more to the contiguous U.S. year-round (without ice packs or a cooler). This option is generally fine in cooler weather, but we don’t recommend it during periods of high heat.
Orders ship from Cleveland, Ohio, typically Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.
International Orders
We offer non-refrigerated international shipping for an additional fee. Refrigerated shipping is not available for international destinations.

Pure Encapsulations Probiotic-5
This is a very good probiotic. It has really helped to settle down my stomach and digestion. I would highly recommend this product. Also would recommend you order it from Our Kids do to the fact it needs to stay refrigerated and they do overnight shipping. The product was delivered the next day with no issues.
