If your child is already taking omega-3 and vitamin E supplements daily, begin with 1.5 mL twice daily. After two weeks, increase to 1.5 mL three times daily. After another two weeks, increase to 3 mL twice daily, working up to a maximum of 4.5 mL twice daily as needed.

If your child has never taken omega-3 or vitamin E supplements, start with 1.5 mL once daily. After two weeks, increase to 1.5 mL twice daily. Continue increasing gradually over up to 12 weeks until reaching a maximum of 4.5 mL twice daily, and maintain that dosage going forward.
