Optimal Intake by Weight:
Under 40 lbs: 0.5 ml (13 drops), 2x a day
40 -75 lbs: 1 ml (26 drops), 2x a day
76 - 150 lbs: 2 ml (52 drops), 2x a day
Over 150 lbs: 3 ml (78 drops), 2x a day
How To Start
Children and Sensitive Individuals: Start with 1 drop. Increase intake by 3 drops every 3 - 4 days, or as tolerated, up to optimal intake by weight. If sensitive to detoxification, use Adrenal Recharge to mitigate detox aggravations.
Adults: Start with 3 - 6 drops. Increase intake by 6 drops per day, or as tolerated, up to optimal intake by weight.
If pregnant or nursing, consult with a healthcare professional. Keep out of reach of children.
Pro Tip:
Ensure bowels are moving 1-3x a day, water intake is half body weight in ounces of water, and liver is supported, use Liver Life®. If detox response occurs, decrease intake by ½ increase water with lemon and add in adrenal support, use Adrenal Recharge.
