As shared in answers to previous question answers, adult supplements can be taken by children under the recommendation of their primary care health practitioner and/or team. We recommend that you seek the counsel of the child's team and/or recent vitamin tests to see if this is needed and appropriate. Our website best functions as a way to obtain products recommended or prescribed by your and your kiddos' health practitioners. We only provide general information that the makers of the products provide to us to complement their product (found in the product description). As such, any material on our website should not be relied upon or used as the basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, complete, or timely sources of information. Specifically as mentioned in, Magnesium L-Threonate contains 94mg of Magnesium, which is within the daily recommended guidelines for kids aged 4-8 years old of 130mg daily, or 9-13 years old of 240mg. The one answer that offered a suggestion that it could be used in a half-pouch, half-dosage amount for a 5-year-old was done to demonstrate a more appropriate amount of supplementation for that age range. The answer to multiple questions was, “ yes your xx year old child can take this”. Then the answer to another question if an 11 year old can take it was, “this product is for adults only”. So which one is it? Kids can take it or it’s for adults only
