Calm-PRT contains an extract of the adaptogen Rhodiola rosea , a source of biologically-active rosavins. NeuroScience's Rhodiola is standardized to contain 10% rosavins, which have been found to decrease the effects of stress and fatigue. Calm-PRT also contains SerinAid™, a high-quality preparation of phosphatidylserine. Phosphatidylserine is a major component of cell membranes, and has also been shown to restore sensitivity to desensitized cortisol receptors within the HPA axis. Glycine and taurine are included for additional inhibitory neurotransmitter support.
