Cardiovascular Research’s Magnesium Taurate
I’ve been using magnesium taurate by Cardiovascular Research Ltd for a couple weeks now and I’m feeling more relaxed. I’m sleeping better, too. With my first order, I purchased only 60 capsules, because I wasn’t sure how my body would respond to the magnesum. I’ve already ordered an additional 180 capsules, since this supplement is helping me to feel much better.

Helpful supplement
This form of magnesium, along with other supplements (theanine, GABA, L-5htp), seems to contribute to a calm, focused, attentive state in my now-adult child, for whom I ordered it.
